Turmeric Oatmeal

The vibrant yellow oatmeal, topped with red pomegranate seeds, green pumpkin seeds, tangerines, and coconut flakes, is both festive and nourishing.   • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup turmeric honey*
  • Toppings optional: pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, tangerines (use any toppings you desire)

*To make a large batch of turmeric honey mix 1 cup honey + 1 heaping tablespoon turmeric. If you prefer not to do this, just mix in 1/4 cup honey + 1 teaspoon turmeric to your cooked oatmeal.


  • Bring 2 cups rolled oats + 4 cups water to a boil on the stovetop, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until desired consistency is reached.
  • Stir in turmeric honey.
  • Dish up and top with your desired toppings!
