SERVES: 3 SMOOTHIES | ACTIVE TIME: 5 MIN

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1.5 cups frozen banana
  • 1.5 cups frozen mango
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1.5 cups fresh mint

PREPARATION

  • Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
  • Pour evenly into three 16-oz wide mouth mason jars or other container of choice. Enjoy one serving immediately and save the other two for later in the week.
  • Put lids on mason jars and store in fridge.
