Tropical Overnight Oats

These Tropical Overnight Oats are a refreshing and nutrient-packed start to your day. With creamy Greek yogurt, sweet mango, and coconut flakes, it's a perfect fertility-boosting breakfast option that you can prepare the night before for a quick, healthy meal.

SERVES: 3 | TIME: 10 MIN

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cups frozen mango cubes
  • 3/4 cups strawberries sliced (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 6 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 3 tsp honey
  • Splash almond milk, unsweetened

PREPARATION

  • To each mason jar or container of choice, start with 1/2 cup rolled oats, uncooked + splash of unsweetened almond milk (enough to get all the oats wet). Mix well with a spoon.
  • Then add 1 cup yogurt + + 1/4 cup mango cubes + 1/4 cup strawberry slices and 2 Tbsp coconut flakes.
  • Finish with drizzle of honey if you like some sweet.
  • Put lids on mason jars and store in fridge.
