Sunflower Honey Beauty Bars

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds (also known as pepitas)
  • 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup dried fruit (blueberries, raisins, currants, cranberries and/or cherries)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup honey + extra for drizzle
  • 3/4 cup almond butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon 


  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • In a food processor, pulse all the ingredients until finely chopped (it’s ok if there are few coarsely chopped pieces).
  • Scrape mixture into a 9 x 9″ pan, greased then line with parchment and press down into the pan until even.
  • Top with honey glaze + cinnamon sprinkle
  • Bake for ~25 minutes.

    Let the bars completely cool before cutting. If you’re as impatient as me, you can stick them in the fridge to cool faster.
