SERVES: 3 | TIME: 4 HRS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 3 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 Tbsp chopped pecans

PREPARATION

  • Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir. Cook on high for 4 hours. Stir 1-2 times during cooking
  • Pour out into 3 servings and store in mason jars or glass containers for breakfasts throughout the week.
  • Reheat before serving.
