SERVES: 10 MUFFINS | ACTIVE TIME: 30 MIN

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 2 scoops Majka lactation booster, unsweetened (optional)

PREPARATION

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and oil a muffin tin.
  • Mash bananas with a fork and whisk with eggs and melted coconut oil.
  • Stir together dry ingredients then combine with wet.
  • Add batter to 10 muffin cups of tin.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
