Maca Green Smoothie

SERVES: 3 | ACTIVE TIME: 2 MIN

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups organic kefir
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp maca
  • 1 cup ice

PREPARATION

  • Mix all ingredients in powerful blender until creamy, then enjoy. Save extra servings in mason jars with tight fitting lids for the next two days of breakfasting.
