Homemade Walnut Nutella

Homemade Walnut Nutella is a delicious way to boost your Omega 3 intake. Walnuts, a plant-based source of heart-healthy fats, are perfect for those who don’t consume fatty fish. This super simple recipe tastes like heaven and can be spread on fruit, rice cakes, toast, or enjoyed straight from the spoon. Remember, while walnuts provide ALA Omega 3s, you’ll still need DHA, especially in your third trimester. Enjoy this tasty treat and nourish your body!
